Payment within 14 days after receiving the invoice, or 50% down payment. Remaining amount must be paid 30 days before the event.

Possible visa costs are for your own expense.

Your registration is only defenite when we received the total invoice-amount!

There won't be refunds after receiving payment.

We reserve the right to cancel the event when there are not enough pariticipants. In that case you will receive your money back.
